Meet Jenny
You know…like the sauce? I am very proud to be a first generation American with refugee parents who fled from Vietnam. Soi was simply the way the French officials translated the more common “Choi” last name when my great great grandparents migrated to Vietnam from China during the French colonization.
It’s Pronounced “Soy”
Reality TV. A good laugh from a reality show never hurt anyone. Humor is my medicine. Tell me your favorite shows, and I’ll tell you mine.
Guilty Pleasure
We have a pack of three dogs. I’m not sure how we got to three but we’ve officially entered cookoo territory and I am not, not embarrassed to have this many dogs but I am grateful. Three dogs with whom two (Koba and Cooper) are constantly snoring even in the day bring constant levity to my life. Our youngest dog, Harry, is actually a rather sweet K9 dog who is at my husband’s side protecting and serving daily.
A Pack of Three
I love a good craft cocktail And I like them to be booze-forward with an artful presentation. This is what you’ll find me experimenting with in the kitchen. Spicy Mezcal, anyone?
Drink of Choice
I love a medium format camera, digital or film for client work but love my lighter cameras sony zv7 for vlogging and fuji x100f or my iphone for everyday capturing and blogging.

Above all, I believe in love, inclusivity, and operating with genuine integrity, and a lot of kindness. I adore my work and the people whom I attract.
