Intimate Sunset Wedding at Aracely Cafe

Priscilla and Jon’s wedding at Aracely Cafe was long-awaited, having been postponed for two years due to COVID. They’re a lovely couple who share a little dog named Toby—they even managed to sneak him into the wedding! Together, they love to travel, cook, and drink boba tea.

Their venue, Aracely Cafe, is a hidden gem tucked away on Treasure Island. Its unique location provides a one-of-a-kind, panoramic view of San Francisco and the bay. It’s also a very peaceful spot due to its remoteness. Accordingly, it proved to be the perfect location for Priscilla and Jon’s intimate wedding of about 80 guests.

Scenic Wedding Day at Aracely Cafe

Prior to their ceremony, we made sure to take advantage of the picturesque sunset and skyline views for some truly stunning portraits! Priscilla and Jon then exchanged their vows on the venue’s garden patio amid dozens of colorful blooms. As the sun set slowly behind them, they read their handwritten promises to one another.

Priscilla walked down the aisle in the modern and classic Haven gown by Jenny Yoo. Scalloped lace detail featured along the back of the gown, while princess seams created a sophisticated shape. She carried a bouquet from Bough and Twig featuring a romantic blend of garden roses and peach lisianthus. Delicate wildflowers contributed texture to the bunch, and vine-like greenery cascaded down to complete the effect. Meanwhile, Jon wore a boutonniere composed of hellebores and budding stems.

The soft color palette of peach, blush, and lavender carried into the couple’s reception, which featured organic floral arrangements from Bough and Twig. The celebration took place in Aracely Cafe’s partially covered courtyard. Cafe lights set the scene aglow as guests dined at long tables draped with clean white linen. Afterward, all danced the night away with the couple underneath the lights!
